BANGOR, Maine -Revolution Prep’s eleven-session, 38-hour SAT prep course begins Saturday, June 25,Â in the greater Bangor area. The course consists of six 3-hour lectures from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and five 4-hour practice exams from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. There will also be a course starting on July 15. The program is designed to teach students how to maximize their performance on the SAT by utilizing the effective strategies that recent students have used to beat the test. On average, Revolution Prep students improve their SAT scores by 254 points, and all of the program’s instructors have scored in the 99th percentile on the SAT. The instructor is Lucas Hubbard, a recent graduate of John Bapst Memorial High School, and a rising sophomore at Duke University. For more information, call 288-4785.
