ELLSWORTH – Woodlawn Museum will offer a Hypertufa Garden Container workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 14, at the museum. If you want to make your own original garden container, join us as Franklin Garden Club members, Anita TeHennepe and Trudy Van Lente will teach participants how to make their own hypertufa garden containers. The cost to attend the workshop is $45 for members and $55 for non-members and includes enough hypertufa mix to make 1 large or 2 small containers. Participants are asked to bring a mold of any shape (dishpan, plastic or ceramic bowl, large plant pot, etc.), liners (plastic shopping bags or thin kitchen garbage bags), a face mask, heavy duty rubber gloves and to wear old clothes.
