Veterans servcies officr available in Newport Jan.13 and 26

NEWPORT, Maine — Don Dare, veterans services officer, will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13 and again on Thursday, Jan. 26, at the Newport District Court. The service officer will assist veterans, widows, and dependent children to apply for state and federal benefits. For information, call 626-4464.
