ORONO, Maine — The University of Maine Wabanaki Center in the Division of Lifelong Learning will host an expert on Native American affairs for a free and public discussion about ways research collaboration can help both researchers and indigenous populations.
The presentation, “Research ‘in’ vs. ‘with’ Indian tribes: Problems and prospects-A Conversation with William L. Freeman, MD, MPH,” at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in the Bumps Room of the Memorial Union.
