ELLSWORTH РWoodlawn is pleased to offer a Beginning Faux Finish Workshop with artist and muralist Thia Embers from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2.  In this one-day workshop, students will learn the glazing techniques of colorwashing, dragging (strie), ragging, and sponging, which can add depth and interest to walls and furnishings. These techniques mimic those used to create a faux finish on the woodwork in the Middle Kitchen at Woodlawn.
