WINTER HARBOR, Maine — The Schoodic Series Lecture presents The Unusual Life of the Porcupine with Dr. Linda Ilse at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, at Moore Auditorium, SERC campus,
Acadia National Park in Winter Harbor.
Dr. Linda Ilse, Wildlife Ecologist with the University of Maine, has studied porcupines both in Maine and in the west. She will speak about her research on the natural history of porcupines, the effects of porcupines on trees, and her findings from her work on the Schoodic Peninsula.
