Owls Head -

OWL’S HEAD, Maine — The Mussel Ridge Historical Society will host its annual Owl’s Head Community Pot Luck Picnic from noon to 3 p.m.  Sunday July 24,  at the Old Homestead at 453 Ash Point Dr. in Owl’s Head. Everyone is welcome and the event is free although donations will be gratefully accepted. Since it is a potluck, everyone attending is asked to bring a salad, casserole, side dish, appetizer or dessert to share.  This is an old-fashioned community picnic with children’s and adult’s games, live music from the Maine Highland Fiddlers, craft demonstrations and great conversations with old and new friends.
