New Year’s Eve planetarium party at the Bangor Library

BANGOR, Maine — The Bangor Public Library will host a planetarium show from 6:30 to 9:25 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, in the Library’s Reading Room. Northern Stars Planetarium is an inflatable star theater that utilizes a star projector to introduce visitors to fascinating aspects of astronomy and space science. Advanced registration is required, as space is limited. The event is free but tickets must be picked up from the Library’s Children’s Department.
