PORTLAND -¬† Andrew Bruns was named president and CEO and David Coffin was named Chief Operations Officer of Headlight Audio Visual of Portland, one of northern New England‚Äôs largest audio visual equipment, service, and presentation providers.
Bruns succeeds his father, Robert Bruns, who will remain as chairman of the board.
Bruns began his career with Headlight in 1985 and worked in various positions in all departments of the company. In 2000 he was named Vice President of Sales. He has coordinated major audio visual projects throughout New England for a wide variety of nationally recognized clients including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of New Hampshire, UNUM, Central Maine Medical Center, and Maine Medical Center.
Coffin began his career with Headlight in 1986 as a sales representative and within a short time was named manager of the company‚Äôs Rental Division. In 1992 he earned his designation as a Certified Technology Specialist and four years later was named Vice President of the company‚Äôs Presentation Services Division. He oversees audio visual presentations throughout the country for major national clients including Fairchild Semiconductor, Kia, UNUM, and Tyler Technologies.
