WINTER HARBOR – The Schoodic Education and Research Center will present a special speakers series at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5 (Coffee reception at 6 p.m.) The series subject is the fate of China‚Äôs giant panda, and what It means for conservation with Dr. Gary Machlis (Professor of Conservation at the University of Idaho.)
A campus walking tour and construction update will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22.
There are several significant changes occurring on the SERC campus during renovation. The public is invited on a walking tour of the campus with SERC staff to look at the latest changes.
All programs will be held at the Moore Auditorium on the campus of the Schoodic Education and Research Center, Acadia National Park, in Winter Harbor.
