Brown Bag Lunch Series begins at SERC

Winter Harbor -

WINTER HARBOR, Maine — Join Mike Soukup, Abe Miller-Rushing, and Rebecca Cole-Will for a brief presentation on the history of the Schoodic area from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, at a Brown Bag Lunch Series at SERC Ms. Cole-Will, Curator at Acadia National Park, will also answer questions on how Acadia National Park “does” history and handles its historic and cultural resources. The program takes place at Moore Auditorium on the SERC campus in Winter Harbor. Free and open to the public; donations welcome at the door. Bring your lunch. SERC will supply coffee, tea, and water.

All SERC events are sponsored by SERC Institute and Acadia National Park. SERC Institute is the nonprofit partner of Acadia National Park and the Schoodic Education and Research Center. The mission of SERC Institute is to guide present and future generations to greater understanding and respect for nature by providing research and learning opportunities through its outstanding Acadia National Park setting, unique coastal Maine facilities, and innovative partnership programs.
