BELFAST, Maine -  The Belfast Historical Society program meeting hosts guest speaker, Les Fossel, at 7 p.m. Monday, June 27, at the Belfast Free Library, Abbott Room. The topic for his presentation will be “It’s a Neat House, But What Is It?” with a focus on identifying key elements that date and define style in old houses.
