“Sewing with Rich’s Mom” continues at the Blue Hill Public Library

Blue Hill -

BLUE HILL, Maine — “Sewing with Rich’s Mom” at the Blue Hill Public Library will be offered again on Saturdays in January. The “drop-in” hands-on sewing workshop will be offered on Jan. 7, 14, 21, and 28 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. with Louise Boulet, mother of Library Director Rich Boulet. Participants are invited to bring their machines, their projects and their questions. The program will focus on machine quilting and sewing, and will be tailored to fit the needs of the participants. Participants need to bring their own machines, thread, scissors, and other supplies needed to work on their projects, and the Library will provide an iron and ironing board.

The workshop is for adults and there is no charge but registration is required. Participants can register using the Library’s interactive online calendar at www.bhpl.net or by calling 374-5515.
