BLUE HILL – Certified Yoga Instructor and Wellness Practitioner, Sally Clinton, is offering an 8-month Personal Health Empowerment Program to support individuals who want to make positive changes in their lives for health, wellness, balance and vitality. The program offers a variety of wellness packages depending on what works in your schedule. One wellness package includes one group meeting a month, two wellness coaching sessions in the 8-month period, weekly email support, tools and tips for healthy living, and monthly reading and explorations. For those that are able to attend weekly yoga classes, there is another package. The program is designed to reflect the fact that true diet and lifestyle changes often take time and individuals need ongoing support to integrate positive changes into their lives. Through a holistic, multi-faceted approach, each component of the program supports participants in a different way. Yoga helps participants get connected to their body and increase strength, balance, and flexibility. The group meetings provide a time to learn new wellness tools, explore areas of healthy living, and come together in community. Weekly emails help participants stay inspired and on track with their goals, and monthly reading offers time for personal exploration that include creative and fun exercises. The one-on-one component provides time for individual support and focus on wellness goals. The program is $108/month or $140 each month with the addition of weekly yoga and will start the first week of November. The monthly meeting time is tentatively scheduled5- 7:30 p.m. Thursdays ., but may adjust according to the availability of those who are interested.
