BANGOR, Maine — Meals, fairs and musical shows are in the works at the Bangor Grange hall. September 17th will feature a Grange spaghetti supper, followed by a fun show by Mainely Country. On October 15th, the Grange will be hosting it’s first Harvest and Crafts fair. There will be a Harvest Supper that evening, and then Strong Like Bull will be providing the entertainment. Mac McHale with Taylor’s Grove will be returning to the hall on November 12th with a show tailored towards our veterans. Bangor area residents will remember Mac with the Old Time Radio Gang and Two Old Friends. Preceding the show will be another Grange supper. On December 10th, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be back for the third annual Breakfast with the Claus’ to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation. In the evening, Pam Martin will be presenting a Christmas show. Rolf Staples, Sr., Program Chairman for Bangor Grange hopes that area folks take advantage of these events, and he also announced that the hall is now handicap accessible with the installation of two stair lifts.
