INDIAN ISLAND – The Boys & Girls Club of the Penobscot Nation provides free meals to children during the summer. Each year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture partners with local organizations like the Boys & Girls Club of the Penobscot Nation to provide free meals to children when school is out for the summer. Any child under age 18 may come and eat regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
