FORT KENT, Maine — The University of Maine at Fort Kent will hold a business breakfast for the St. John Valley community on “The Future of Air Service in Northern Maine,” at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, in Nowland hall on the UMFK campus. Tickets for the breakfast are $10 per person, and must be reserved by Thursday, Nov. 3.
Scott Wardwell, airport director at Northern Maine Regional Airport in Presque Isle will be the guest speaker. Wardwell’s presentation will focus on the challenges of, and opportunities for, providing airline service in the local area. For more information or to reserve tickets, call 834-7557.
