Peter Landis, is a long time resident of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. His practice focuses on employment and business related immigration, including nonimmigrant work visas and lawful permanent resident status based upon employment in the U.S. He represents a wide range of clients nationwide, including leading educational and research institutions, hospitals and other health care providers, government entities, as well as a variety of businesses from small companies to large multinational corporations engaged in manufacturing, technology and biotechnology. Peter received a bachelorâ€™s degree from Tufts University and a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. He has practiced immigration law since 1980, is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, has taught immigration law at the University of Maine School of Law and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project, a Maine not-for-profit organization.
