BATH ‚Äst Burgess Computer presents a 4-week, 36-hour CompTIA Network and IT Technician training class beginning from 8:30 to 2pm, Tuesday, July 13. The Comptia Network and¬† class is an excellent way to upgrade your technical skills to design and support business network infrastructures. Network and Certification gives IT professionals a defining credential for employers, and gives employers confidence that IT employees are proficient in proper network maintenance and troubleshooting. An industry-independent curriculum, Network and training is an excellent prerequisite for further technical education, such as Cisco‚Äôs CCNA and Microsoft‚Äôs MCTS/MCITP programs.
Through the end of 2010, CompTIA will issue ‚Äúlifetime‚ÄĚ certifications. However, beginning in 2011, many certifications will require renewal every 3 years. Students are encouraged to complete their certifications in 2010 while lifetime certification status is still available.
